The OSU Museum of Art

The OSU Museum of Art is the university’s official exhibition hall for art, and the host of a growing permanent collection containing paintings, photographs, and unique art from around the world. The Museum’s mission enhances the educational and research mission of Oklahoma State University which is defined by its land-grant traditions of services and access for the citizens of the State.
Located in the downtown historic district of Stillwater, the museum is at the corner of Husband and 8th Street.

Foster understanding of exceptional works of art – historic and contemporary – through exhibitions, collections and programming to serve OSU, Stillwater and beyond.

Strategic Plan

2025-2028 

The OSU Museum of Art is launching a new strategic plan to enhance its impact on the OSU community and beyond. With input from students, staff, and local partners, we’re focusing on expanding awareness, improving campus engagement, and strengthening community ties. Our goals include increasing attendance, growing our digital audience, and enhancing collections and exhibitions, all while staying true to our core values of collaboration and service.
